3. Vehicle Requirements

To sell your vehicle to QuickCashForJunk, you must:

• Be the legal owner of the vehicle or have authorization to sell it
• Provide accurate information about the vehicle's condition, year, make, and model
• Present valid identification at the time of sale
• Provide vehicle title or acceptable proof of ownership (we can assist with missing titles)
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before pickup

4. Pricing and Payment

All price quotes provided by QuickCashForJunk are estimates based on the information you provide. Final payment is determined upon physical inspection of the vehicle. We reserve the right to adjust the offer if:

• The vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described
• Additional damage or issues are discovered during inspection
• Required documentation is missing or invalid

Payment is made in cash or check at the time of vehicle pickup. You are not obligated to accept our final offer.

5. Service Area

Our primary service area includes Chicago, Illinois and surrounding counties. We may service areas outside this region on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees or limitations may apply for vehicles located outside our standard service area.

6. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a scheduled pickup at any time before the transaction is completed. We request at least 2 hours notice for cancellations when possible. There are no cancellation fees.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

QuickCashForJunk provides vehicle purchase services "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Items left in vehicles after sale completion
• Outstanding loans, liens, or legal issues with the vehicle not disclosed by the seller
• Parking tickets, traffic violations, or other penalties incurred before the sale
• Damages to property during towing if access issues were not disclosed

8. Seller Responsibilities

By selling your vehicle to QuickCashForJunk, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to sell the vehicle
• The vehicle is free from undisclosed liens or legal encumbrances
• All information provided about the vehicle is accurate and complete
• You will properly cancel insurance and registration after the sale
• You release QuickCashForJunk from all future liability related to the vehicle

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and handled in the appropriate courts of Cook County, Illinois.

10. Modifications to Terms

QuickCashForJunk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
